About Us

Aragma Ibiza is a Mediterranean Greek inspired small plates Tapas Restaurant. In San Antonio, Ibiza. 

Following the continued success of Tapas Ibiza. The dedicated team came together with a shared vision. To create something new, exciting and truly unique. Inspired by a love of hospitality, exceptional food and bringing people together, Aragma Ibiza was born.

Led by owners Tony and Bex, whose passion, energy and dedication have shaped every stage of the journey. And their dedicated team worked tirelessly to bring the concept to life.

From developing the menu and crafting the cocktail programme. To designing the space and creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Aragma. Every little detail has been carefully considered.

The result is more than just a tapas restaurant. Aragma is a celebration of Mediterranean culture. With delicious sharing plates, inclusive dining and genuine hospitality. Aragma is a place that was created to be a place where everyone feels welcome. And where every meal becomes a dining experience.

Why Mediterranean - Greek influenced Tapas?

Many of the most talked about Tapas “Specials” on the Tapas Ibiza menu over the years were the Mediterranean and Greek-inspired dishes. Which were created by Executive Chef Alex, (who was born and raised in Athens, Greece).

Guests regularly praised these dishes for their fresh ingredients and vibrant Mediterranean character. It quickly became clear that we could create a new modern mediterranean tapas restaurant. 

With that vision in mind, Alex spent months developing, testing and refining recipes in the Tapas kitchen. Drawing on his Greek heritage, years of culinary experience, and many year living in Spain. Every dish was carefully crafted to celebrate the flavours of the Mediterranean. While also embracing the tapas sharing plates dining philosophy, that remains at the heart of the restaurant.

After extensive development and fine-tuning, Aragma proudly opened its doors in June 2024, bringing a fresh Mediterranean dining experience to San Antonio, Ibiza.
